Best known for its use in blending, Cabernet Franc is worth exploring on its own. Well structured and elegant, this red wine shows fresh, ripe raspberry, red cherry, black current, and black mountain huckleberry with hints of fresh tarragon, sage, and a touch of white pepper. The tannins are light, smooth, and supple. The finish is deliciously long.
